  • Smoked Salmon Roll

    Smoked salmon thinly sliced with avocado and fresh mint, rolled on rice paper with Dijon soy

  • Grilled Scallop with Banana Flower

    Seared Hervey Bay scallops with Vietnamese dressing and peanut topping with banana flower salad

  • Enoki Beef à la B&eaarnaise

    Grilled finely sliced beef rolled with enoki mushroom and shallots in a béarnaise sauce

  • Crispy Snapper

    Crispy snapper sautée with fresh tomato and leek

  • Pavé de Pork

    Braised tender pork belly, slowly cooked until caramelised with baby greens
